LONG TERM STAYS
  • SEASONAL: From May 1 to Oct. 31, we apply a discount of 20% for stay of 30 days or longer on the seasonal nightly rate. All utilities are included.
  • WINTER TIME: From Nov. 1 to Apr. 30, the apartment is available at a special rental fee of 500 € per month for minimum stay of 2 months or longer. Utilities are not included and will be charged separately.
30 € CLEANING FEE
  • The cleaning fee is a one-time charged fee per stay. The Apartment is cleaned after check-out only. If you wish to have housekeeping services during your stay, our maid offers a cleaning service for € 5 per hour.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
  • Host greets you at your arrival and at your departure
  • Check-in time is 2PM-10PM. Please inform us of your expected arrival time
  • Check-out by 12PM (noon)

Reservation

You can make a reservation by regular phone at +382 (0)68 55 47 97, by email or Istant Messaging, such as Fb Messanger, or Viber / Whatsapp at +382 (0)68 55 47 97.
PLEASE BE AWARE: When making a reservation, you agree with our Term and Condition.

CANCELLATION AND PREPAYMENT POLICIES
  • All reservation must be garanteed with a 30% deposit of the total amount.
  • You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in 30 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price.
  • In case you cancel out of our grace period, you will not loose your prepayment. We will consider it as a deposit/payment for a flexible reservation for a future stay in the next 24 months.
PAYMENTS
  • We accept cash and bank transfer payments (the charge for international bank transfer may be applied).
  • The entire rental fee must be paid at the check-in. For long term stays, we require the rent to be paid in advance for the month.
DAMAGES AND EXTRA COSTS
    We may ask you an extra monetary contribution at your check-out in the following cases:

  • damage to the property or furnishings;
  • dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning;
  • non-ordinary cost incurred due to your stay.

COMPULSORY GOVERNMENT TOURIST TAX
    Every foreign will need to pay a tourist tax and be registered with the authorities, within 48 hours of the arrival in Montenegro. Expect to pay per person at around 0.9 € per night. Children from 12 to 18 pay half of the tourist tax. Children under 12 are free. We can take care of this procedure collecting all your passports and forecast amount at the check-in and returning all tourist tax coupons and your documents after a short time.
HOUSE RULES
  • No smooking indoor / Smooking allowed in designated areas, ashtrays are provided
  • No pets
  • Quiet hours: 11PM-7AM
LOGISTICS
  • Luggage dropoff allowed: for guests’ convenience when they have early arrival or late departure
  • Assistance for airport transfer and car rental is provided upon request
BABY AND TODDLER GUESTS
    • Kids under 2 do not count as extra person if sleeping in existing beds.
    • Upon request and needs, we can arrange a box with some toys and provide pack ‘n play bed for your baby to sleep in, high chair, baby bath tub, audio monitor and baby cradling bouncer seat.
